纽约证券交易所的母公司洲际交易所（ICE）已与Trade.xyz合作，开发一个基于Hyperliquid基础设施、受美国监管的永续合约市场。ICE将对Trade.xyz进行战略性股权投资，但投资规模、ICE的持股比例和上线日期均未披露。该计划须经商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）批准。

Trade.xyz表示，其Hyperliquid市场在短短一年多时间内累计成交量已超过6,500亿美元。2026年第二季度成交量为2,023.6亿美元，其中589亿美元来自与股票挂钩的合约。其NIFTY 50永续合约于10月27日上线，最高杠杆为20倍。
HYPE对此作出反应，一度升至约86美元，24小时内涨幅约为4%至6%，具体取决于报道时间。此前5月，ICE首席执行官杰弗里·斯普雷彻（Jeffrey Sprecher）曾表示，该交易所已就链上永续合约与Hyperliquid进行过多次会谈，此次上涨正是在此基础上延续。对交易者而言，这一消息意味着美国出现了一条受监管的永续合约途径，不过一切仍取决于CFTC的批准。
