1. 从全局开始
查看加密货币热力图和市场洞察：整体市场是绿色还是红色，BTC 占比和 USDT.D 表现如何，ETF 是净流入还是净流出？
2. 建立候选清单
使用最终排名，并按行情状态评分或 4H/1D/1W 趋势对筛选器表格排序。将你想关注的币种置顶（☆），使它们保持在顶部。
3. 检查走势的质量
对候选清单中的每个币种，查看结构（是否有新的 BOS 或 CHoCH？）、趋势与动量、挤压，以及资金流和巨鲸/散户是否支撑价格走势。
4. 在 Crypto Cockpit 中分析
点击币种即可在 Crypto Cockpit 中打开。在那里设置支撑与阻力、锚点价位和 Anchored VWAP——它们会反映回 Screener 的指示条、锚点列和币种扫描器中。
5. 在 Crypto Portfolio 中跟踪
在 Crypto Portfolio 中添加持仓或自选币种。它们会显示在 Screener 的“我的币种”下。
